Planned enhancements (priority order)

1. Deep scorecard data health

Purpose: Surface gaps before BSC is meaningful: missing task delivery days, open attendance/productivity issues, evaluation gaps (see Scorecard → Missing/Excess Evals).

Likely content:

  • Per-employee or team checklist on Balanced Scorecard and/or Monthly performance
  • Extend beyond coverage (scored / in scope) to surface-level completeness
  • Tie-in to open-month messaging on the Target Score Report

Partial: Monthly performance already shows coverage and report status per month.

2. Band mix on Balanced Scorecard (manager month view)

Purpose: For the selected month + scope, show count or % in Below standard / Standard / Expectation / Goal — complement to totals on the month snapshot.

Likely content:

  • Team band mix for current month
  • Optional breakdown by cluster or department

Note: Cycle-wide band mix lives on Monthly performance; this item is the single-month counterpart on BSC.

3. Learning overview

Purpose: Dashboard rollup — completion rates, overdue training, team progress.

The Learning section (/learning) already supports courses and enrollments; this view would summarize them on the dashboard.

Tracked under: Ascendly Learning plan — L4.

4. Progress tracking (learning)

Purpose: Individual and team learning progress over time (deeper than the overview).

Tracked under: Ascendly Learning plan — L0–L4 (unit progress, assignments, reports).

5. Org health

Purpose: Headcount, structure, schedule coverage, org-wide signals.

Draws on the Organization module and employee schedules.

6. Structure insights

Purpose: Cluster and department analytics (structure-focused, not performance).

Optional polish (low priority)

Monthly performance

  • Band mix breakdown by cluster or department within cycle view
  • Export trend chart to Excel (remark table CSV already shipped)
  • Per-KPI trend lines (KPM-level dropdown shipped)

Target Score Report

  • Print / PDF / 1:1 snapshot export
  • Collapse “done” KPIs (only show rows with upside)
  • Richer empty states with links to Profile / Scorecard
  • Stronger “already at target → nudge to next band” when at Standard+

Shipped June 2026: Month | Cycle lens, Running Score, remaining-month targets, nearest achievable remark — see Target Score Report.

Balanced Scorecard

  • Month band mix + “who moved bands vs last month”
  • KPI drill-through to scorecard entry pages

Organization

  • Org chart export — Download current view or entire chart as PNG/PDF (By section and Full company). Deferred; technical approach documented in Organization § Planned.

When a roadmap item ships, it moves to the Progress report and relevant Guide pages are updated.
