Dashboards ​

Deep scorecard data health ​

Surface gaps before BSC is meaningful: missing task delivery days, open attendance/productivity issues, evaluation gaps (see Scorecard → Missing/Excess Evals).

Likely: per-employee or team checklist on Balanced Scorecard and/or Monthly performance; extend beyond coverage (scored / in scope) to surface-level completeness.

Partial today: Monthly performance already shows coverage and report status per month — Monthly performance.

Band mix on Balanced Scorecard (manager month view) ​

For the selected month + scope, show count or % in Below standard / Standard / Expectation / Goal.

Note: Cycle-wide band mix already lives on Monthly performance; this is the single-month counterpart on BSC.

Learning overview (dashboard) ​

Completion rates, overdue training, team progress — tracked under Learning plan — L4.

Org health & structure insights ​

Headcount, schedule coverage, and structure-focused analytics (not performance). Draws on Organization and schedules.

Polish (lower priority) ​

Monthly performance ​

  • Band mix by cluster or department within the cycle view
  • Export trend chart to Excel (remark table CSV already available)
  • Per-KPI trend lines (KPM-level dropdown already available)

Target Score Report ​

  • Print / PDF / snapshot export
  • Collapse “done” KPIs (only show rows with upside)
  • Richer empty states with links to Profile / Scorecard
  • Stronger “already at target → nudge to next band” when at Standard+

Balanced Scorecard ​

  • Month band mix + “who moved bands vs last month”
  • KPI drill-through to scorecard entry pages

Teams channel notice board ​

Webhook v1 is at System → Teams (see the Teams channel plan and Notifications). Automated lock and missing-eval posts stay off until an admin enables them. Remaining: Azure Bot so posts appear as an Ascendly app with native thread subjects.
